| These terms and conditions apply to all retail stores under the Black Forest Decor, LLC company banner, which includes: blackforestdecor.com, lonestarwesterndecor.com, Timeless Country Decor and aspenlighting.com. For the purposes of brevity in these terms and conditions, this family of retail sites shall be referred to as 'Black Forest Decor sites'. By joining our affliate program, it will be assumed that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions given below. The violation of any of the listed terms and conditions will result in immediate termination from the program you are participating in. |

| Brand Representation | ||||||||
Publishers
may not represent themselves as Black Forest Decor sites
or as a representative for any of the brands we carry. Publisher websites
should not create the impression that the Publisher site is a Black Forest
Decor site, and should not copy the look and feel of any Black Forest
Decor sites. Publishers may not serve any Black Forest Decor site products
through their shopping cart. Framing of any Black Forest Decor site is
not permitted. |

| Affiliate Domain Names and URLs | ||||||||
Publisher
websites must have a unique URL (including subdomain and URL path) and
may not use Black Forest Decor, Lone Star Western Decor, Timeless Country Decor and
Aspen Lighting trademarked brand names or any misspellings or variations
of our name or trademarked names in urls or domain names. Use
of our vendor trademarked names or variations in URLs is not allowed. |

| Pay per Click Search Engine Bidding | ||||||||
Publishers
may not use in ad copy or bid on Black
Forest Decor, Lone Star Western Decor, Tmeless Country Decor and
Aspen Lighting, any misspellings or variations of our company
name and domain names. PUBLISHERS MAY NOT DIRECT LINK to Black
Forest Decor sites’ domains or pages. Publisher traffic
MUST FIRST LAND ON THE APPROVED AFFILIATE SITE. Ad copy may not
portray any of our sites as wholesale, cheap, discount, etc. Claims such
as 'authorized dealer' or 'official store' can never be used in ad copy. Affiliates may not copy Black Forest Decor ads, including link, title, and/or description. All ad links MUST GO TO AFFILIATE LANDING PAGE. Blind re-directs are expressly prohibited. |

Special Promotions, Coupons |
||||||||
Black
Forest Decor, Lone Star Western Decor, Timeless Country Decor and
Aspen Lighting have weekly promotions
that run from Monday to Sunday.
Publishers may promote our coupons, but must include the sale end date
in all advertisements. Special sales information and coupons must be removed
as soon as the offer ends. Special sales must be advertised as “Available
for a limited time only.” Publishers may not advertise our products
as cheap, bargain, discounted, and may not
offer non-branded coupons or coupon codes. |

| Pop-Up, Pop-Under, Re-Directs and Software | ||||||||
Publishers
may not use site re-directs, pop-ups or pop-unders that
link to our site. We do not allow Publishers to use customer
downloaded programs of any type to promote Black Forest Decor
sites. Using software of any kind to promote Black Forest Decor
sites is strictly prohibited. |

| Spam and Electronic Messages | ||||||||
| Under no circumstances shall Publisher send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the “Act”], with respect to Lone Star Western Decor’s Affiliate Program. For clarification, this does not prohibit Publisher from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. In addition, except as expressly authorized by Lone Star Western Decor, any and all electronic messages initiated or sent by Publisher or on Publisher’s behalf must identify Publisher as the sender and may not suggest or imply, or mislead or be likely to mislead a recipient into believing that a Black Forest Decor site is the sender or sponsor of, or has procured Publisher to send, such electronic messages. To be clear, Publisher may not use a return address, subject heading, header information or message content that misleads or confuses or is likely to mislead or confuse a recipient as to Publisher being the sender. Black Forest Decor, Lone Star Western Decor, and Aspen Lighting must approve all Publisher electronic messages before sending. |

Adult Content and other Unacceptable Content |

Publisher
may not post adult-oriented content on any page where Black Forest Decor
sites’ content appears. Black Forest Decor sites consider content
to be "adult" if it contains nudity or obscenity, sexually explicit,
pornographic, or lewd material. Publisher may not post any offensive content
or incorporate images or content that is in any way harmful, threatening,
obscene, harassing or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable,
or promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability,
sexual orientation, or age, as determined by Black Forest Decor. |

| Datafeeds | ||||||||
|
Datafeeds are available only to approved Publisher sites. Publishers may not submit Black Forest Decor sites’ datafeeds to any shopping portal such as Froogle or Google Base as stated in their terms of service. Affiliates using ftp access to datafeeds must update links at least monthly in order to stay current with the most recent products and pricing. Out of date pricing on links will be cause for termination from the affiliate program. |

| Content | ||||||||
Publishers
may use Black Forest Decor sites’ content (including but not limited
to reviews, copy, and images) to promote Black Forest Decor sites exclusively.
Because our content is produced entirely in-house, Publishers may not
utilize Black Forest Decor sites’ content on any page that promotes
any other company. |

| Communication | ||||||||

We are very careful about how our brand and the brands we sell are represented and we ask that publishers adhere to these requirements closely.
